A new approach to chef-driven dining, LTO is a test-kitchen, preview restaurant, and creative think-tank for a rotating lineup of the nation's best chefs.
The nation's foremost chefs are being tapped to share their creative and culinary skills with New York City diners at LTO. Chefs will take over the kitchen, one-at-a-time, and offer diners an opportunity to taste their most extraordinary culinary creations. Guests will recognize names, faces and styles from notable restaurants, TV shows, and cookbooks. LTO’s chef selection process is based on personal relationships, and finding a fit that will be innovative and interesting in the dynamic New York foodie scene. Diners can expect chef changes anywhere from a week to biweekly, to monthly – keep checking back for updates!

LTO restaurant embodies balance, harmony and expression, and nowhere is that more apparent than in the beverage program.
The multi-faceted libation and wine offerings include a classic cocktail program and a formidable by-the-glass selection. Additionally, a rotating section of seasonal cocktails and bar snacks, by the LTO team as well as by guest bartenders and chefs, will be shaken and stirred nightly until 4 am.
Architect and developer behind some of the Lower East Side's most exciting projects, Ron Castellano has teamed up with PPX Hospitality in creating LTO. His vision and participation in producing the Hester Street Fair, as well as the restoration of the Forward Building, have cemented Ron’s place as an innovative community member of this vibrant neighborhood.
